Your new dashboard includes access to:

• Create new orders
• Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel services

Our proprietary ProPosting Platform allows us to schedule your clients' posts in their content calendar where you can view them at any time, make updates if needed, and even export the posts.

You have unlimited user seats on the Agency Plan.

Once your main user seat has been created, Juan will send your login details via email. Please keep an eye out and log in as soon as possible. Let Juan know when you would like to add additional user seats so he can help.

Because our platform is white-labeled, you can add your clients if you'd like and rest assured they will not know we are behind their content calendar.

Your subscription plan includes coaching via video or phone call with your new management team – Juan, your account manager, and Tyler, our global reseller sales manager. Together they are a dream team with tons of resources to improve your outcome reselling social media. You are welcome to meet with one of them or both, depending on your needs.

Juan is best for help with the platforms we use, like the ProPosting Platform, and for answering really any questions you have about our services and most of everything else.

Tyler is best for help with anything related to sales, like how to price our services and what they all include. He can also coach you on how to upsell, find new leads, and pitch a potential client.

Included in your subscription is our Daily Plan for your company – daily social media posts to Facebook and any additional networks of your choice.

Networks of choice include Instagram (2 posts per week), LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, and a second Facebook page.
